Oki, Danit'ada, Âba wathtec, Tânisi, Taanishi, Bonjour, Hello, Bob Edwards Community,
Contact your child’s teachers here: Our Staff. Your child’s homeroom teacher is the best first point of contact for any questions or concerns. Speaking directly to those most closely involved is more effective, efficient and timely. Communication with parents, students, and community members is always welcome. Email is the preferred method of communication.

April 24 - Maatoomsii'Pookaiks Professional Learning Non-Instruction Day (No School for students)
The CBE is committed to building a culture of appreciation and inclusion, where students and staff can see themselves valued, respected and celebrated. This calendar identifies some of the significant days of recognition and celebration within the CBE community.
Days and months of significance are identified by the provincial and federal governments to raise awareness and action about historical, cultural and equitable practices. Schools may use these dates as a resource for discussions and lessons, as well as for planning exams, school events and other educational activities.
Happy Easter to all those who celebrate!

Weather Reminders
This time of year means the regular transition between warm and cold weather. Please help your student come to school prepared for the weather over the next several weeks.
- Please ensure your child is prepared with outdoor clothing and footwear for all weather conditions.
- All students enjoy 20 minutes of fresh air at lunch (weather permitting) and some physical education classes outside, and this time is much more enjoyable if they are dressed for the weather.
- Families are encouraged to review this checklist to be prepared for using transportation every school day and throughout the school year. Transportation Family Checklist
- Please ensure your child is prepared with outdoor clothing and footwear for all weather conditions.
- Students should not arrive at school before 8:55 a.m. (Soft entry starts at 9:03 a.m.)
- Students must be picked up from school by 4:00 p.m.
Parking Reminders
- Please do not park or drop off students in the bus zone in front of the school between 7 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. After spring break, you will notice that the bus zone has been further extended to accommodate the safe operation of the school buses.
- A couple of options for parking: Please park on Marcombe Drive or west of 44 Street on Marlborough Drive.
- We now have 6 school buses at Bob Edwards School, and they need the space to operate safely.
- Please do not drop off or pick up your child from the staff parking lot.
Have a wonderful weekend!
