Tansi Bob Edwards Families,

Happy New Year!

We are thrilled to welcome the kids back to school and begin an exciting second semester filled with opportunities for growth and learning. This year, we are introducing several new initiatives designed to enhance educational experience for all students. These initiatives will focus on academic excellence, physical well-being, and social development, ensuring that every child has the tools and support needed to thrive in 2026.

Our team has been working diligently to create engaging activities and resources that will enrich classroom learning and provide additional opportunities outside of the traditional curriculum. From innovative teaching strategies to extracurricular programs, we aim to foster a well-rounded environment where students can explore their interests and develop essential life skills. Please stay tuned for more details on these initiatives in the coming weeks.

As we move forward, the second semester brings important milestones. Report cards are on the horizon, and we are preparing for open house(s) and visits for our Grade 9 students and feeder schools visits. These events are a wonderful opportunity for families to connect with teachers, learn more about academic pathways, and celebrate student achievements. We encourage all parents to participate and take advantage of these valuable sessions.

I would also like to take a moment to address an important aspect of student safety and conduct. For parents of children who use the bus service, please remind your children that the bus is an extension of the school. The same expectations regarding safety, etiquette, and the consumption of food apply during transit. Your support in reinforcing these guidelines helps us maintain a respectful and secure environment for everyone.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and commitment to our shared goals. Together, we can make 2026 a year of success and growth for our learning community. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend, and please keep an eye out for upcoming announcements and event details.

Tansi Bob Edwards,
